About me

Alice Smith is a healer and artist based in Cardiff and working throughout South Wales, intuitively and creatively.
 

Alice first started her journey as a healer 30 years ago, starting with her own self enquiry. She first trained in touch therapy and worked with the Touch Trust, for several years. Alice also started assisting with plant medicines around this time. Through this work Alice met Petr Malik and trained with him for several years in Czech Republic in Shamanic ritual, body and shadow work and family constellation therapies. Family Constellation work is a unique blend of soul work and psychotherapy. Since then Alice has been practicing her own creative and intuitive version of these teachings.

In the last few years Alice has also successfully completed level 3 counselling qualifications, which has given her a good grounding in boundaries, confidentiality and developed her listening skills. 
 

Alice has worked in a number of venues as Retreat Coordinator at Charlotte Church’s Wellness Retreat ‘The Dreaming’, assisting at Coed Hills in workshops, retreats and ceremonies. As well as as working 1-1 with people in her own home.
